Abstract

The research aims at explaining the concept of Preference and Selection, their domains from  the Islamic doctrine  perspective and the Islamic doctrine approach to their philosophy.

     This research consists of three parts. The first part explores the meaning of Preference and Selection linguistically and idiomatically.

    The second part contains eleven fields of Preference and Selection which are considered by the Islamic doctrine through the Holy Qur'an and Sunna.

The third part consists of nine points. It involves the Islamic doctrine approach to the philosophy of Preference and Selection.
