Abstract

This Research Aimed To: Identify The Reality Of Leading Practices For The Dimensions Of The Positive Stimulating Environment In Government Primary Schools In The North Of The City Of Riyadh (Respect, Trust, Justice), In Addition, The Study Aimed To Know The Most Important Challenges Facing The Female Leaders Of Government Primary Schools In Building A Positive Environment. In Order To Achieve These Goals, The Descriptive Approach And The Questionnaire Was Used As A Tool To Collect Data After Confirming Its Psychometric Properties. The Number Of Individuals In The Study Sample Reached (164) Female Teachers, Administrators And Guides. It Was Applied In The Second Semester Of The Year Of 1441 AH.

 Among the most prominent results of the research:

     The Reality Of The Leading Practices For The Dimensions Of The Positive Environment In Government Primary Schools In The North Of The City Of Riyadh Came In A Great Degree, With An Average Arithmetic (4,12). Whereas The Confidence Dimension Ranked First, With An Average (4.16 Out Of 5), Followed By The Respect Dimension Ranked Second, With An Average (4.10 Out Of 5), Then The Dimension Of Justice Ranked Third, With An Average Of (4.08 Out Of 5), And The Results Showed That The Average Of The Responses Of The Sample Individuals' Approval To The Challenges Facing The School' Female Leaders To Build A Positive Stimulating Environment Ranged Between (3. 33 To 4.18).
