Abstract

The study tackles the impact of the legal approach on the educational institutions in Saudi Arabia by addressing the most important intellectual foundations on which it was based, the impact of the curriculum on educational institutions in Saudi Arabia, and reach the results through a study the impact of the legal approach in the educational institutions in Saudi Arabia. In order to preserve the role of the legal curriculum in the educational institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the light of international changes, the research aims to achieve the following aspects: To identify the impact of the legal approach in the educational institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Positive aspects associated with the legal approach in educational institutions in Saudi Arabia - Mechanisms to support the legal approach in educational institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia according to current circumstances. The research uses descriptive analytical methods.
