The Relationship between the Culture of Volunteering and Promoting the Values of Participation among Jordanian Youth

The purpose of this study is to investigate the perceptions of Sport, Cultural and Social Clubs members towards the reasons of voluntary work, voluntary work environment, effectiveness of voluntary work and the personal opinion of the volunteers. The researcher employed two descriptive approaches, those are:
- Documents analysis approach to clarify the theoretical background of the voluntary work.
- Sampling approach to explore their perceptions towards voluntary work through administrating a questionnaire in random sample consisted of (312) working members in Irbid Clubs.
The findings of the study showed that the means of the sample perceptions came in high level, there were no significant statistical differences at the level of (∞ - 0.05) for the age except in the voluntary work environment. Furthermore, there were no significant statistical differences at the level of (∞ - 0.05) for the gender and education level. Meanwhile, there were significant statistical differences at the level of (∞ - 0.05) for the age for the favor (25 and less) and 36-45.
