Abstract

The aim of the current research is to define the requirements for developing the performance of non-native Arabic language teachers to deal with the Corona pandemic. The researchers used the descriptive approach, using a questionnaire of the requirements for developing the performance of non-native Arabic language teachers to deal with the Corona pandemic. It was applied to (100) teachers of Non-Arabic language teachers, in the first semester of the academic year 1442 AH. The results showed a list of requirements for developing the performance of non-native Arabic language teachers to deal with the Corona pandemic. The results also indicated that there is a high level of importance among the study sample at the following aspects: educational requirements, technical requirements, psychological and humanitarian requirements, healthy requirements, and the requirements of dealing with crises on order to develop their performance as a teachers of Arabic for non-native speakers to deal with the Corona pandemic.
