The study aimed to verify the effectiveness of using the strategy of cubism in teaching social education on developing visual thinking skills among elementary school students with learning difficulties. In order to achieve this goal, the researcher used the quasi-experimental approach. He made his tools by defining a list of visual thinking skills. A teacher’s guide was built to teach the unit “Our Prophet Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him in Makah” using the strategy of cubism. He also prepared a visual thinking skills test and verified its validity and reliability by scientific methods. The unit prepared using the cubing strategy was applied to the study sample, which consisted of (31) Fourth-grade students with learning difficulties, and they were subjected to a test of visual thinking skills before and after to learn the effectiveness of the cubing strategy after completion. The results were analyzed using the SPSS program. Fourth grade students with learning difficulties, where the ETA square for the test as a whole reached (0.8), which is a large level indicating the effectiveness of the strategy, and accordingly a set of recommendations was recommended, the most important of which is the need to expand the application of the cubing strategy and train teachers to plan lessons and teach using them.
