Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the degree to which high school leaders in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia practice the dimensions of transcendental leadership (values, attitudes, behaviors, and spirituality "moral supremacy") and the elements of organizational culture (organizational values, organizational beliefs, organizational norms, future expectations) and the relationship of transcendent leadership to developing culture The researcher relied on the descriptive and analytical approach, and the research community consisted of a sample representative of the original community of male and female teachers at the Kingdom level, whose number was (29,464) and the number of respondents reached (517) male and female teachers, and the results showed that the degree of practice of the dimensions of transcendent leadership came in a medium degree and in a mathematical medium. (3.24), and the degree of practice of organizational culture elements came with a medium degree and a mean of (3.28), and the results showed that the relationship of the influence of transcendent leadership in developing organizational culture came with a high degree with a relative weight of (0.82), and accordingly and on the contents of the research of intellectual and theoretical frameworks were completed Building a proposed vision for the development of organizational culture in light of the dimensions of transcendent leadership. The research recommended adopting the proposed vision for developing organizational culture in light of the dimensions of Transcendent leadership, spreading the culture of transcendent leadership, its dimensions and ethics among school leaders, the contribution of school leadership supervisors in holding training courses and workshops, promoting transcendent behaviors, spirituality and moral supremacy among high school leaders, and including the ethics and practices of transcendent leadership in the evaluation forms and supervisory visits made by school leadership supervisors Based on the findings and recommendations, the research suggested conducting a number of studies on transcendent leadership and its relationship to other variables in the educational field, a comparison between transcendental leadership in Islamic thought and Western thought, and a proposed visualization of mechanisms for choosing a school leader in light of transcendental leadership.
