This study concluded several results, the most notable of which are:
The fact that Al-Damdi paid attention to preference rules, related to Hadith, Traditions, and Evidences, and included it in his interpretation, and by comparing Al-Damdi's preferences to that of other interpreters, we found that many of Al-Damdi's preference rules were used by other interpreters, especially the preferences that were compatible with the righteous forefathers' interpretation. It is worth noting that Al-Zamakhshari's Tafsir (Al-Kashshaaf) is the most important resource of Al-Damadi's Tafsir.
