The effectiveness of the remote flipped classroom strategy via the Madrasati platform in developing the mathematical achievement of fifth grade students

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the effectiveness of the flipped classroom strategy via the Madrasati platform in developing the mathematical achievement of fifth grade students at the levels of (knowledge, applying, inference, as a whole). The research used the quasi-experimental approach, and its tool was a test, and its sample consisted of (39) students were selected by cluster random method, divided into two groups: an experimental group consisting of (20) students, and a control group consisting of (19) students, the experimental group studied according to the flipped classroom strategy, and the control group in the usual way through the Madrasati platform, and the search results showed the following:

  • There is a statistically significant difference at the level (05≥α) between the mean scores of the students of the experimental group and the control group in the post applying of the mathematical achievement test at the levels (knowledge - applying - inference - as a whole) in favor of the experimental group.
  • There is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.05≥α) between the mean scores of the experimental group students in the mathematical achievement test as a whole in the two pre and post applying in favor of the post one.
