Abstract

The study aimed to identify the reality of the application of knowledge management processes at Noura University, employee of Bint Abdul Rahman and her point of view, and to identify the challenges facing the knowledge management processes at Princess Nourah Bint Abdul Rahman University from the point of view of its employees, and to present proposals for the application of knowledge management processes in developing performance. The objective of the Princess Program Noura bint Abdulrahman from her point of view, and in order to achieve the goal of the study objectives in the competition of the descriptive survey method and the questionnaire for the study and it was distributed to a community and they are all the employees of the support deanships at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University and they are 659 employees in the study, the sample of the study on (109) employees.

     Among the most prominent results of the study: that the reality of the application of knowledge management processes at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University from the point of view of its employees came to a high degree, where the arithmetic average reached (3.54), then came the focus of the challenges facing the application of knowledge management processes at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University from the point of view of its employees At a medium degree, where the arithmetic average reached (3.32), then the axis of proposals to improve the application of knowledge management processes in the development of administrative performance at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University reached a high degree, where the arithmetic average of the axis was an average of (3.97), The study recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: that the university administration is keen to take into account the opinions of its employees to improve performance, and work to implement the principle of transparency of knowledge for its employees and make it clearly available to be benefited from.
