Activating high schools’ role in promoting the culture of dialogue

The current study aimed to identify the role of secondary schools in promoting the culture of dialogue from the secondary school teachers' perspectives in Bisha governorate. Using the descriptive analytical approach, the researcher applied the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, the participants were randomly chosen using cluster random method from public secondary schools' teachers (350) teachers, the data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The results showed that the study participants agreed to a moderate degree on the role of secondary schools in promoting the culture of dialogue in Bisha governorate. The role of the teacher in promoting the culture of dialogue came first with high degree of approval, with a mean of (2.47), then the role of curriculum with a medium degree of approval with a mean of (2.23), The research recommended training courses for school members for activating their roles to promote the culture of dialogue.
