The Role of Creative and Economic Values in Works of Art that Affect the Public

Abstract

    The aim of this research is to identify the economic and creative values ​​in interactive artworks that affect the audience. The analytical descriptive approach was used using the content analysis tool for the artworks, which was included in the Noor Riyadh Events Exhibition (2021). Where a unit analysis tool was used prepared by the researcher, which included four elements, namely (the name of the work, name of the artist, the most important economic and creative values ​​in the artwork). It was found through the results ,that the economic and creative values ​​that affect the audience were available through interactive artworks, and contribute to the formation of the artistic taste of the audience, and these values ​​were manifested in the interactive artworks within (material, composition, line, color...rhythm, unity), and it was found that realizing the creative values ​​requires the recipient to have an awareness of the importance of aesthetic values, which contribute to the formation of his artistic taste. It became clear that the interactive arts of a simple nature in materials and components provide the public with the economic values ​​necessary to deal with the materials and components of the artwork so that it is characterized by simplicity and low cost. Among the most important recommendations: Improving the level of some interactive artworks so that they contain many economic and creative values ​​that affect the audience.
