Abstract

     One of the aspects of the importance of studying jurisprudential terms is its role in developing the ability of investigation in the Islamic jurisprudence, and its role in investigating the subsidiary issues and choosing the most correct statement with its evidence. The study also proves the role of Islamic jurisprudence in clarification, and its role of linking meanings to words. Among the research questions in this area is the question about the legal extent to build the investigation in the subsidiary issues based on the meanings of the jurisprudential terms, the question about the evidence of that in the written texts, and the question about the degree of influence of the term, and its position in the level of inference.

     The study aims to focus on the importance of considering the definition of the jurisprudential term to come out with conclusive judgment. It also aims to enrich the jurisprudential research in the view of the correct reading for issues using the methods of analysis, induction and description according to their motives and the locations of their implementation. It comes to conclude that language has an effect in deduction, the levels of inference are considered in comparison, and the meanings of terms contribute to finding the most correct judgment. The research recommends expanding the studies in this field and reveal the role of jurisprudence through them.
