Abstract

     Report births and deaths, required by the public interest? Given the importance of the civil status of states. And the registration of births and deaths is required by the interest in the census of the number of people linked to general development plans. Therefore, Islamic jurisprudence focused on establishing births and paternity issues, and accordingly the Saudi system came to control the civil status of every citizen and clarify provisions related to civil records and registration, births and deaths. This research explains the method of reporting births and deaths in the Saudi system and Islamic jurisprudence, and shows the importance of that.
