The effectiveness of a training program in developing the motivation's to teaching among middle school teachers in Buraidah

The study aimed to activate a training program to develop motivation for education among secondary school teachers in Buraidah. The researcher began to know the level of motivation for education in a specific group of that category, and then activate the training program, which included (11) training sessions, as well as training activities and training exercises, thus reaching answers to the assumptions of the current study.
The researcher followed a quasi-experimental approach on a sample of (37) female teachers, and the researcher used the teacher’s motivation scale for researchers (Khalaf and Qabalan 2012). A survey of (102) teachers for the intermediate stage in Buraidah. The results of the study reached that, there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (a = 0.05) between the average answers of the research sample members (experimental and control) in the pre-application, which indicates that the two samples are homogeneous and equivalent. There are statistically significant differences in the averages of the sample members (the experimental group) in the two applications; pre and post on the motivation scale for education. Also, there are no statistically significant differences in the averages of the sample members (the experimental group) in the two applications; The pre and the sequential on the motivation scale for education. The results showed that the level of motivation for education among female Intermediate School teachers was very high and high.
