The Level of Organizational Health in Primary Schools of Hafr Al-Batin Governorate and the Ways to Improve It

The study aims at exploring the level of organizational health in primary schools of Hafr Al-Batin governorate from the viewpoint of male and female teachers, and to find out if there are statistically significant differences at ( ) level in the estimates of the study sample members due to the variables (Gender, Years of Experience).
To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey method has been used, The questionnaire has been used as a tool for collecting data from a random sample of (348) male and female teachers. After conducting the appropriate statistical analyses, the results have shown that the level of organizational health in primary schools of Hafr Al-Batin governorate, from the teachers' viewpoint, comes with a "medium" level. The results have also indicated that, there are statistically significant differences in the level of organizational health at (a < 0.05) significance level due to the gender variable in favor of females, and there are statistically significant differences due to the Years of Experience variable in favor of those with more than 10 years of experience. In the light of the results, the study has made several recommendations, including: Working to raise awareness of the concept of organizational health in primary schools, and supporting the operating budget of primary schools by the Education office in Hafr Al-Batin governorate to raise the level of organizational health via the availability of supporting resources.
